The design of this website, its texts and graphics, the Costa del Sol Websites name and logo, and the way its content is selected and arranged belong to the owner of this website or are used with permission. They are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law, including the Spanish Intellectual Property Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April).

Example businesses
The businesses in our demos, such as Sunspot Café or Match Point, are fictional. They are only there to show what a website can do, and any resemblance to a real business is a coincidence.
Other brands we mention, such as Google or WhatsApp, belong to their owners.

In line with article 17 of the LSSI-CE, if you think a linked page contains something unlawful, let us know at contact@costadelsolwebsites.com and we will promptly remove the link once we are aware of it.
You are welcome to link to this website, as long as the link does not suggest a relationship with us that does not exist or harm our reputation.

- misuse of the website by its users;
- the content of the third-party websites we link to.
Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
